California grown fresh Buddha’s Hand citron, Ginger root and Orange peel are steeped alongside our dry ingredients, with as many products as possible sourced directly from producers. This produces a gin that is balanced, subtly sweet and effervescently smooth, while losing nothing in terms of taste in a cocktail. The best of California agriculture in a bottle.
